Use 311GIS to insure that community issues are registered and acted upon. 311GIS allows citizens to report non-emergency issues, problems, or concerns to their local government. Participating local governments define valid categories for citizens input. 311GIS allows you to register an issue and include pertinent information such as a description and photograph. The issue is then routed to the appropriate person or agency for resolution. The status of each request is tracked via the application and the user will receive a notification as the request status is changed.
